Madeira Beach B - Two Bedroom

Double French doors off the living and dining room open onto a flowered yard and private deck with a gorgeous view.  This newly renovated, beautifully furnished 2 bedroom suite overlooks the water and the breathtaking Gulf sunsets over Johns Pass Village.

Apartment B has two bedrooms each with a Floridian motif of wicker furniture and cable TVs.

The master bedroom with a king-size bed has a sparate access door to the bathroom, and a long closet behind double folding doors. The second bedroom with a queen-size bed has a walk-in closet.

For additional guests there is a sleeper-sofa in the living room, child's inflatable mattress, and a Pac n Play with can be placed in the large open livingroom/dining room/kitchen providing extra sleeping space. Note: the property has not been child-proofed. There are no fences around the dock and sea wall.

Of course fine linens and plush towels are provided.

The bathroom is off the master bedroom and the hall.  It has been remodeled with a tile shower, long granite sink top and mirrors.

Dining & Kitchen:
The open kitchen has a new electric oven and ceramic top stove, large refrigerator, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, and the usual assortment of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and flatwater.  The dishwasher makes cleanup a snap.  The marble-tiled counter tops extends into the room with stools for dining.  Across from the counter is a glass-topped dining table next to the French doors that open to the deck and gardens.  You may also choose to eat out on the deck at the big round table there with the nearby BBQ grill.  Our guidebook containing personal restaurant reviews and menus may tempt you to visit some of the local eateries.  Restaurants are a short, quiet strole away in John's Pass.

Communications & Entertainment:
We use wireless and wired high speed cable internet.  There are jacks in the livingroom next to the desk for your laptop.  There is a smart cable TV with Netflix and BlueRay DVD in the livingroom and a cable TVs in the bedrooms.  For foreign visitors, there is a phone line available that is shared between the 2 units - free U.S. and Canada calls only.  If you want to use the phone please make arrangements ahead of time.

The clothes washers and dryer are in the utility room outside next to the unit A livingroom.

Beach Equipment:
There are beach towels available.  In the middle front of the house is a freshwater hose for washing off sand.  Do not wash with the purple painted hoses which contained reclaimed water for watering the plants. There is also a freshwater hose next to the deck.

There is parking in the front driveway oval. You are limited to 2 cars. Do not park on shells or gardens. Make sure your car is not hanging out onto the street or they will ticket you.

We have made up a guidebook to help you enjoy the area.  Included are extensive restaurant reviews and menus, suggested activities and special places to visit.  There are aerial maps to help you get a lay of the land (and sea), as well as a map of the Pinellas Railtrail.  We've also included some special places to shop.  We welcome your contributions to this guide. Our arrival message contains updates to the guide with a summary of the best places.

No Smoking Policy:
We do not allow smoking in or near our properties.  As a courtesy to other guests, we'd appreciate it if smokers disposed of their butts in a proper container.

We allow small, quiet, well-behaved, trained pets by prior arrangement only.  They are not allowed on furniture and you must clean up after them in the yard.  For pets, the additional cleaning fee of $50 must be included with the payment.

Dock & Boats:
We have a small dock and space for up to a 22-foot boat.  A Boat trailer can be parked in the front driveway, taking the place of one car. Please make arrangements for the boat when making your reservation as the boat dock may be reserved by the other unit. The boat dock fee is $50.

This is primarily a residential neighborhood with quiet waterfront properties on a dead end street.
