Accomodations:
Enter your apartment through the french doors from the patio into the livingroom, or from the garage door to the kitchen.  The livingroom looks out to the patio.  Off the livingroom is the open kitchen with its white quartz counter for food prepartation, serving, and dining.  Off the livingroom are doors to the bedroom and bathroom and an entranceway to the office/storage room.

A big sofa and armchair are around the coffee table in front of the TV.  There is a sideboard under the TV and there are end tables.

Bedroom:
The bedroom off the livingroom has a queen bead, two dressers, and two end tables.  There is a large closet screened by a curtain.  The window overlooks the fountain and gardens.

Bathroom:
The new bathroom off the livingroom has a tub with a shower. Both a medicine cabinet with mirror and a lighted make-up mirror are installed.

Dining & Kitchen:
The eat-in kitchen has a electric oven, tiled counters with a ceramic stovetop and bright new cabinets. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, large refrigerator with ice and cold water dispenser, food processor, toaster, coffee maker, and the usual assortment of pots, pans, utensils, dishes, and flatwear which make meal preperation a pleasure.  The dishwasher helps with the cleanup.  A glass-top coffee table in the livingroom is fine for eating with views of the patio.  You may also choose to eat out on the patio.  There is a grill on the patio.

Communications & Entertainment:
We use wired and wireless high speed cable internet.  There are jacks in the office. 

Washer/Dryer:
There are a clothes washer and a dryer in the garage. 

Parking:
There is ample parking in the driveway.
