Spanish Triplex - Apt 101
Apartment 101 flanks the middle unit on the east side, the bay side. It has a
cozy beach cottage feel reminiscent of the 1930's beach community typical of the era when Pass-a-Grille was initially developed.
It has a bright, airy bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Sliding glass doors lead outside to the deck and gardens. There is a tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, an eat-in kitchen and comfortable living room. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra sleeping space.
On the deck, a table and chairs provide a private eating and relaxing area with the many colorful flowers. The tropical trees and plants surrounding the deck provide a private oasis for relaxing. There is a gas grill for BBQs down the steps.
Renovations 2017: We completely renovated the bathroom with a new tile walk-in shower. The kitchen was renovated with the addition of a dishwasher, new sink, granite counter-tops and under-counter lighting. We also tiled the bedroom floor.
