• Minimum stay is generally 4 nights. Sometimes we will accept a 3 night reservation when filling holes in our schedule.
• By making a down payment: The renter agrees that smoking inside or near the unit and damage beyond reasonable wear will incur additional cleaning fees plus damages. The renter agrees to limit the number of overnight guests to the number agreed upon and the number of additional daytime guests to 4 unless otherwise agreed. The renter also agrees to be considerate of the neighbors and other tenants.
• The standard cleaning fee is $120. For units 101 & 103 the cleaning fee is $110.
• The Madeira Beach pet fee is $100. - No pets are allowed at Pass-a-Grille
• The Madeira Beach boat dock fee is $10. Our dock can only handle one small boat at a time, generally less than 24' LOA. The dock must be reserved at the time of booking.
• All fees are subject to a 13% tax which will be added to the amounts quoted.
• If paying by Paypal, you must add an additional 2.9% to the payment to cover Paypal fees.
• Holiday rates for Friday, Saturday, Sunday are higher if not taking whole week.
• The down payment signifies your intention to rent the place and dates agreed upon. In the event of a cancellation we do NOT offer refunds of reservation deposits for any reason including acts of god, nature, or personal issues (examples: hurricanes, red tide, epidemic, death, sickness, etc.).
• If we are notified in advance that you cannot use your reservation (a cancellation), we may attempt to re-book that unit to someone else. If we are successful at re-booking the apartment at an equivalent rate, we may allow you to apply up to 1/2 of your deposit toward a future booking with us within a year at the rates in effect at the time the new reservation is made. We would appreciate knowing as soon as possible in the event of a cancellation to allow us time to re-book.
• Travel insurance claims seem to be rarely paid, almost never at full value, so make sure if you buy a policy, it covers your concerns. All have broad exclusions in the fine print.
